The short answer

Gather two or three believers who will pray, obey Scripture, proclaim Jesus, and make disciples. Seek healthy spiritual accountability, choose a consistent rhythm, train one another in the gospel, go in the Holy Spirit’s power, follow up with those who respond, and raise up new leaders who can multiply the mission.

Step by step

1. Consecrate the group to Jesus

Begin with worship, repentance, Scripture, and surrendered prayer. The group exists to obey Jesus, proclaim His gospel, and make disciples in the Spirit’s power.

2. Gather faithful believers

Jesus sent disciples in pairs. Begin with a small core that will actually pray, show up, go, and remain teachable.

3. Build faith through word and prayer

Fill the team with Scripture. Pray for boldness, conviction, healing, and salvation. Practise the gospel and testimony until everyone can speak clearly.

4. Go consistently

Choose a place and rhythm the team can keep. Go in teams, speak to people, offer prayer, proclaim Christ, and invite response.

5. Disciple and multiply

Follow up quickly with those who respond. Read Scripture, connect them with church life, teach obedience, and release new leaders to help another neighbourhood begin.

How many people do I need?

Two or three faithful believers can begin. Do not despise a small start; build a praying, obedient core.

Should we connect with a local church?

Yes. Seek pastoral counsel and healthy accountability. Outreach should strengthen Christ’s church, not isolate around one personality.

What should happen when we gather?

Pray, read Scripture, ask for boldness, practise the gospel, go out, then return to worship, debrief, and assign follow-up.

How do we multiply?

Train every participant, release emerging leaders, keep the model simple, and deliberately help another place begin.
