Your information

Privacy

What EVANGELIZE.WORLD collects, who can see it, what stays on your device, and how to have your information corrected or deleted.

Last updated 2026-10-02

The short version

  • We only collect what a form asks you for. There are no advertising trackers and no cookies.
  • Information about people — your email, name and location — is never published. Only approved group listings are public.
  • You can unsubscribe from any email in one click, and ask us to delete your information at any time.

What we collect, form by form

Join the mission
Your email address, first name if you give it, and your city if you give it. We turn the city into approximate map coordinates so the first letter can name groups near you.
I want to go
Your first name, email, city, and anything optional you add — languages, church or affiliation, experience, preferred outreach styles and availability — plus approximate coordinates for your city.
City waitlist
Your first name, email and city, with approximate coordinates.
Start or add a group
The group's details you enter — name, city, description, meeting day, time and public meeting point, and any public contact details — plus the email of the person submitting it.
Correcting a listing
The details you propose and, if you give it, your email so we can check with you.
Reporting a listing
The reason you choose, anything you add, and your email if you give it.

What is public and what is private

Approved group listings are public: the group's name, city, description, meeting details and the contact details the group chose to publish. They appear on this site and on the other Love on The World sites that share the same map.

Everything about individuals is private and is never displayed: your email, your name, your coordinates, and the email of anyone who submitted, corrected or reported a listing. Where the site shows how many people are waiting in a city, it shows a count only — never who they are.

New groups and corrections are reviewed by a person before anything goes live.

What stays on your device

The 7-Day Go Challenge, the Gospel Field Card testimony builder and the Outreach Launch Planner save your progress in your own browser's local storage. That information is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Who helps us run the site

Vercel
Hosts the website.
Supabase
Stores the information submitted through the forms.
Resend
Sends our emails.
The Love on The World map
Displays approved groups on a shared map used across the network's sites.
OpenStreetMap (Nominatim)
When a city you type is not in our list, it is sent to OpenStreetMap to find its location. Only the city name is sent.
Mapbox
Draws the interactive map tiles inside the map.

Email

If you join, you receive a short series of letters about going out and sharing your faith, and occasional updates after that. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. We never sell or share your email address.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while it serves the reason you gave it — for example, to connect you with a group in your city. If you unsubscribe we stop emailing you straight away, and if you ask us to delete your information we remove it.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email us from the address you used and tell us what you would like — we will do it and confirm.

If you lead a listed group, you can correct its listing yourself from its page using "I lead this group".

Children

This site is intended for adults. Groups listed here are responsible for their own safeguarding practices when young people take part.

Changes

If what we collect or how we use it changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
