What this site is

EVANGELIZE.WORLD helps people find evangelism and outreach groups near them, and helps groups be found. It is free to use. Listings describe independent groups; each group is responsible for its own gatherings.

Listing a group

Be truthful

List real groups that genuinely meet, with accurate details.

Have permission

Only list a group you lead or are authorised to represent.

Public places only

Give a public meeting point people can find. Never list a home address.

Keep it current

If your day, time or meeting point changes, update the listing from its page.

Going out safely

Meet in public places, go in pairs, and let someone know where you are going. Respect a clear no from anyone you speak with. If you are meeting a group for the first time, go when the wider group is gathering rather than alone with one person.

Moderation

Every new group and every correction is reviewed by a person before it appears. We may edit, decline or remove a listing that is inaccurate, unsafe, or not in keeping with these guidelines, and we act on reports promptly.

How we ask everyone to act

Use this site to connect people, never to harass, mislead, or collect people's details for anything other than the reason they gave them. Speak about others — including people of other faiths and none — with respect.

Accuracy

Groups provide their own details and we cannot verify every one. Before travelling, confirm the day, time and place with the group directly using the contact details on its listing.

Other websites

Listings link to groups' own websites and social accounts, which are run by those groups and not by us.

Changes

We may update these guidelines as the site grows. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
