Partner in the Harvest: What God Is Doing Through Evangelism in Canada — and How You Can Join
From one Hamilton street in 2014 to city outreach groups, a festival where people were baptized in a park, and a culture brand built to fund the streets. The story of the fruit so far, and an invitation to partner through e3 Canada.
The short answer
God is moving through ordinary believers who say yes. What began in 2014 as Love on Hamilton, sharing the gospel and practical love on the streets, now brings 50+ people out weekly and has grown into Love on The World, with 12 listed city groups and prayer for 36 nations. Jesus Festival gathered churches across Hamilton in Gage Park, with early reports of 70+ salvations and 50+ baptisms in 2026. Evangelize.World helps believers anywhere find people to go with, and SIX33 is coming to carry the same mission into culture. You can join in by praying, going, and partnering with Daniel and Katie Ziedins through e3 Canada.
Scripture anchors: Zechariah 4:10 · Matthew 13:31–32 · Acts 1:8 · Acts 2:41 · Luke 10:1–2 · Matthew 5:14–16 · Matthew 6:33 · Ephesians 4:11–12 · Philippians 1:3–5 · 1 Corinthians 3:6–7
The story so far
1. It started on one street
In 2014, Katie and Daniel Ziedins started Love on Hamilton with a simple conviction: share the gospel of Jesus Christ with everyone we meet, and love our city's homeless community with practical care while we do it. No platform, no budget worth mentioning — just a street, a message, and a yes. Do not despise the day of small beginnings. Jesus said the kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, the smallest of seeds, that grows into a tree where the birds come and nest. Twelve years later, 50+ people come together every week to evangelize in Hamilton, and baptisms and salvations have become regular testimonies of God's grace.
- Read Zechariah 4:10 and Matthew 13:31–32
- Ask God what small yes He is asking of you
- Remember: faithfulness in one place comes before fruit in many
2. One city became a movement
Jesus told His disciples they would be His witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and to the ends of the earth — it starts at home and does not stop there. What began in Hamilton became Love on The World: a Great Commission movement helping believers share the gospel, make disciples, serve their communities and multiply outreach groups. Today it lists 12 local city groups across Ontario and New Brunswick, most meeting weekly, and prays for 36 nations by name. Every one of those groups began the way Hamilton did: a few believers deciding not to wait for someone else to go.
- Read Acts 1:8 — where is your Jerusalem?
- Pray for one nation by name this week
- Find out whether a group already goes out in your city
3. A city in a park: Jesus Festival
On the day of Pentecost, Peter preached, and those who received his word were baptized — about three thousand souls were added that day. Jesus Festival carries that same hope into a public park. It is a free, family-friendly Christian worship festival in Gage Park, Hamilton, bringing churches across the city together for worship, prayer, kids' activities, food and the proclamation of the gospel. After Jesus Festival 2026, the organizers published early reports of 70+ salvations, 50+ baptisms, and 3,000+ hot dogs and drinks shared. Every one of those numbers is a person. Heaven rejoices over one sinner who repents — and we were there to watch it happen in the open air.
- Read Acts 2:37–41 and Luke 15:10
- Pray for the people who said yes to Jesus at the festival
- Pray for the churches who will walk with them now
4. A map so no one has to go alone
Jesus sent His disciples out two by two, and then told them to pray for more labourers because the harvest is plentiful. That is why Evangelize.World exists. Most believers want to share their faith; far fewer want to start alone. This map shows the outreach groups already going out, so anyone willing to go can find people to go with — and anyone in a city with no group yet can start one, with free training and a launch plan. Every group on the map is another street where the gospel is being spoken out loud.
- Read Luke 10:1–2
- Look for an outreach group near you
- If there is none, pray about starting one
5. Culture is a mission field: SIX33 is coming
Jesus called His people the light of the world — a city on a hill that cannot be hidden. Light belongs in the places people actually live: the gym, the street, the screen, the things they wear. SIX33 is a Christian lifestyle and performance culture brand built on Matthew 6:33 — seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness — for people who refuse to waste their potential. It began in 2014 as Seek First Brand and is being rebuilt as SIX33, launching soon. Its heart is to impact culture for His Kingdom, and a big part of that heart is raising funds for Love on The World's street-level outreach. As SIX33 grows, the giving grows with it. Every drop, every event, every dollar: God gets the glory.
- Read Matthew 5:14–16 and Matthew 6:33
- Ask where your own influence reaches that a pulpit never will
- Join the SIX33 Inner Circle to hear first when it launches
6. Equipped and sent with e3 Canada
Christ gave His church evangelists, pastors and teachers to equip the saints for the work of ministry. That is the heart of e3 Canada, the organization Daniel and Katie serve with in collaboration with I Am Second: equipping believers to evangelize and establish multiplying, life-changing churches around the world. The goal was never a ministry that depends on a few people. It is believers who are trained, sent, and who then train others — what Paul described as entrusting the message to faithful people who will teach others also.
- Read Ephesians 4:11–12 and 2 Timothy 2:2
- Think of one believer you could take out with you
- Pray for evangelists to be raised up across Canada
7. Your place in the harvest
Paul thanked God for the Philippians every time he prayed, because of their partnership in the gospel from the first day until now. Partnership is how the Great Commission has always moved: some go, some send, most do both, and God gives the growth. If this story stirs something in you, here is how to step in. Pray for the people who go out and the people they meet. Go — find a group, or start one. And if the Lord leads you, partner with Daniel and Katie monthly through e3 Canada so the work in Hamilton, across Canada and into the nations can keep expanding. Together we plunder hell and populate heaven, in Jesus' name.
- Read Philippians 1:3–5
- Pray, go, and ask the Lord what He would have you give
- Read the biblical case for sending before you decide
Why the Great Commission needs senders · Partner through e3 Canada
Every number is a person. God gets the glory.
These are the figures each ministry publishes itself — nothing estimated, nothing rounded up. We would rather under-claim than borrow glory that belongs to God.
- 70+ — salvations at Jesus Festival 2026 (early reports, JesusFestival.ca)
- 50+ — baptisms at Jesus Festival 2026 (early reports, JesusFestival.ca)
- 12 — listed Love on The World city groups across Ontario and New Brunswick
- 36 — nations prayed for by name through Love on The World
Behind those numbers are Tuesday nights in the cold, conversations that went nowhere and conversations that changed everything, meals handed out, prayers prayed on sidewalks, and a city that heard the name of Jesus out loud. Katie and I serve through e3 Canada, and everything above has been carried by people who prayed, gave and went with us.
We believe this is only the beginning. If the Lord puts it on your heart to stand with us — to pray, or to partner monthly through e3 Canada — you become part of every story still to come.
Together, we can see cities revived, lives transformed, and nations changed for God's glory.

Field notes
- Fruit belongs to God. One plants, another waters, but God gives the growth (1 Corinthians 3:6–7) — so the glory goes to Him, not to a ministry or a name.
- Numbers are people. Celebrate them, but never stop at them; a salvation is the start of a disciple's life, not the end of a campaign.
- Honest reporting honours God. Partner with ministries that publish what they can verify and say plainly when figures are early reports.
- Pray before you give, and give cheerfully. God loves a cheerful giver (2 Corinthians 9:7), and no one should be pressured into partnership.
- Your local church is your first spiritual family. Partnership with evangelists and missionaries flows alongside your life there.
- Going is for everyone. Sending matters, and so does your own witness this week — find people to go with near you.
